Our online booking service can manage your room allocation, calculate stay costs, allow guests to book and cancel rooms online and provide you with reports of all booking activity.
The system is very easy to use for you and your guests, and we will do all of the set up work for you free of charge!
You can also allow guests to book online via your own website by linking to your new Online Booking service, also free of charge. Better still, if we manage your website, we can offer a 'live feed' of late availability information that can be added to your own website home page.
How Does Online Booking Work?
Guests check availability and book online, but they still have the choice to contact you direct if they prefer - we highlight your full contact details too! When you take a booking by telephone or email, all you need to do is log in to the Online Booking system to change the allocation of rooms or rental units.

What does it cost?
There are two payment options available - you can pay for your Online Booking service by a 'fixed rate' monthly standing order, or you can pay commission on your bookings. The fixed rate starts at only £20.00 per month including VAT and - full advertising coverage - within the Milford accommodation network [this website].
