Overlooking the picturesque fishing harbour in Boscastle, this accommodation has an unrivalled location.
A Georgian Grade II listed building, Pencarmol may have originally been the home of the Harbour Masters.
The property is 300 years old and has been tastefully restored to offer modern, comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation.
Guests are welcome to relax in the sitting room or outside in the terraced garden - with patios, seating areas and fine views of the harbour.
Boscastle Harbour and headlands [with their glorious sunsets] have been owned by the National Trust since 1956 and as a result, remain an unspoilt, tranquil haven.
Pencarmol is a small guest house / b&b that has been awarded with 3 stars by the AA.

All three of the bedrooms feature:

The family room can be used as a double or as a family room - it has a king size double bed, and an additional single bed or babies cot can be provided on request.

Breakfast is served to B&B guests each morning in the dining room or in the farmhouse-style kitchen.
Special dietary requirements and a wide variety of different types of breakfast can be provided - please make your request at time of booking.
Packed lunches can be provided for guests on request.
For other meals, there are several restaurants and pubs serving good food, within easy walking distance.
Location
There is good access to Boscastle by road, from the rest of the country - for example, the main A30 provides a dual carriageway link between Exeter and Launceston.
Boscastle is then just a short drive from Launceston.
Guests arriving by rail can be met at Bodmin Parkway station by arrangement.

Inland the Valency Valley provides gentle walking by the riverside, with some lovely and ancient churches to discover.
Cornwall is world famous for its beaches - many are within a short distance of this B&B by car, or bus, or on foot. Secluded Strangles Beach is just to the north of Boscastle, with a steep climb required to reach it.
Other local leisure activities include horse riding, golfing, sailing, fishing and bird watching.
