Charlotte House is a family run guest house offering a high standard of accommodation in Kemptown, in the centre of Brighton.
Situated just 50 metres from Brighton sea front, the guest house is ideally located a short walk from Brighton's many attractions.
The Royal Pavilion, the Marina, and the Sea Life Centre are all within easy reach of Charlotte House and Brighton's Historic Lanes area is also nearby.
Accommodation
Guest house accommodation is offered in double, twin, triple and family rooms.
All bedrooms have private en-suite facilities and are furnished with:

Joe and Eileen McCluskey, and their son, John, take particular pride in providing excellent, generous traditional or vegetarian full English Breakfasts at the guest house each morning.
For lunchtime and evening dining, the guest house is ideally located within easy walking distance of some of Brighton's best pubs and restaurants.
Location
The guest house is situated in the centre of Brighton on Charlotte Street, which is easy to find between Marine Parade [A259] and Upper St James's Street.
Brighton Coach station is located at the end of Marine Parade, and Brighton train station is a short bus or taxi ride away from the guest house.
Leisure
Charlotte House is very close to the famous sea front of Brighton and Brighton Pier.
A short walk will take you to Brighton's other main attractions, including:
