Charlotte House

Charlotte House is a family run guest house offering accommodation in the Kemptown area, just off Marine Parade in the centre of Brighton.

Located about 50 metres from Brighton sea front, the guest house is ideally located only a short walk from Brighton's many attractions.

The Royal Pavilion, the Marina, and the Sea Life Centre are all within easy reach of Charlotte House and Brighton's Historic Lanes area is also nearby.

Guest house accommodation is offered in double, twin, triple and family rooms.

All bedrooms have private en-suite facilities (shower and toilet) and:

One of the rooms has a beautiful four-poster bed, making Charlotte House the perfect base for a romantic break by Brighton's seafront.

The bedrooms are decorated to a high standard and the guest house is centrally heated throughout.

Three of the rooms have been converted into extra large rooms to provide accommodation that is ideal for families (each has a silent-running fridge).

Joe and Eileen McCluskey, and their son, John, take particular pride in providing excellent, generous traditional or vegetarian full English Breakfasts at the guest house each morning.

For lunchtime and evening dining, the guest house is ideally located within easy walking distance of some of Brighton's best pubs and restaurants.

The guest house is situated in the centre of Brighton on Charlotte Street, which is easy to find between Marine Parade [A259] and Upper St James's Street.

Brighton Coach station is located at the end of Marine Parade, and Brighton train station is a short bus or taxi ride away from the guest house.

There are parking restrictions on Charlotte Street, but 24 hour parking vouchers are available from the guest house for a small additional charge.

Charlotte House is very close to the famous sea front of Brighton and Brighton Pier.

A short walk will take you to Brighton's other main attractions, including:

• Historic Lanes area
• Brighton Marina
• Sea Life Centre
