Gable End Guest House

This guest house offers first class, non-smoking accommodation near Gatwick Airport.

Transfers to and from the airport terminals are available for guests, free of charge.

Parking is available for overnight guests and non-guests.

The centre of Horley is about 6 or 7 minutes walk away and from the station the Gatwick Express takes just 35 minutes to reach London Victoria.

Gable End was previously a private home and opened in 1995, after over a year was taken to restore the house.

Gable End has been Readers' Choice in an edition of ASU Guide interline travel magazine and has also been the subject of numerous letters of recommendation in various other publications in the USA, including International Travel News.

A warm Irish welcome is offered to all guests by Mary and Joe, Gable End's owners since the year 2000.

The B&B accommodation is very comfortable and all bedrooms have:

• Private en-suite facilities - including 'power shower'
• Colour television
• Tea and coffee making facilities

A hairdryer and ironing facilities are available on request.

There is a choice of double, twin, family or single bedrooms.

A full cooked breakfast is served from 07:30 until 09:00, with cereals, juices, toast, coffee and tea also available.

Guests departing before 07:30 can help themselves to cereals, juice and toast in the dining room, and make coffee and tea in their bedroom.

For other meals, there are a variety of good quality establishments within walking distance, including both restaurants and public houses.

Gatwick Airport Terminals are a short car journey away and free transfers are often available - guests arriving at Horley station can also be picked up as a courtesy.
