Beverley Dean Blackpool

The Beverley Dean [formerly the Beverley Hotel], is ideally located next to Blackpool Promenade, a short walk from the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and Sandcastle Waterworld and Casino Complex.

Alan and Kath, resident proprietors since 1994, offer guests a warm and friendly welcome to Blackpool, with good home-cooked food including a delicious breakfast.

Excellent local shopping facilities are close to the guest house on Bond Street and Waterloo Road.

The Beverley Dean has a 3 Star accreditation under the new British Common Standards for guest accommodation, and also holds a Silver Award for Green Tourism.

Please note: Couples, families and seniors are welcomed, but stag weekends or hen parties are not accepted.

Guest House accommodation is offered in single, double, twin and family bedrooms.

Rooms are well equipped, with:

Guest House guests are provided with their own keys, for ease of access to the hotel and their bedroom at all times.

Evening meals are priced at £6.00 per adult and £4.00 child.

The guest house residents' bar serves a wide range of beverages.

Guests are also invited to relax and watch television in the bar's lounge area.

Follow M55 to Blackpool heading for South Shore. Go straight over the roundabout with the metal statue and the following mini-roundabout.

Turn right at the second mini roundabout [near Aldi store], left at the third mini-roundabout and left at the traffic lights onto Waterloo Road.

Turn left at the traffic lights onto Lytham Road.

Dean Street is the second street on the right and the Beverley Dean is on the right just past the Church.
