General Details
Conveniently located for Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury and Warwick, this bed and breakfast accommodation is in the northern part of the picturesque Cotswolds.
Nolands Farm is in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside near Stratford, set in a tranquil valley.
A number of National Trust properties, the beautiful villages and market towns of The Cotswolds and the picturesque Vale of Evesham are all within easy reach, or a short drive from the B&B.
A working arable farm, Nolands offers warm hospitality and accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere.
Inside the farmhouse there are many original features, with crackling log fires to light up winter evenings.
There is a cosy sitting room and a conservatory - B&B guests can read, play cards or games, or just laze away the hours at any time of the day.
The AA has awarded the B&B accommodation at Nolands Farm with 4 Diamonds.
Accommodation
Guests have the freedom to come and go as they please - all bedrooms are annexed, some in converted stables.
The Stables were built in 1840 and have been tastefully restored by the B&B owners.
Old timbers and beams were preserved, enhancing the atmosphere and charm of each spacious and comfortable bedroom.
Most of the rooms are on ground floor level, either overlooking the old stable yard, the garden or the fields. For the romantic at heart there are luxury four-poster bedrooms.
Each room has private en-suite facilities, colour television and radio, hairdryer and ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities.
Food and Drink
Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room - a full English breakfast is available.
There are many lovely pubs to visit in the area - B&B owners Robin and Sue Hutsby will be happy to recommend the best, with Oxhill and Whatcote being the 'locals'.
Real ale is available throughout the Cotswolds region - the Hook Norton Brewery is only a few minutes drive from this B&B accommodation.
Location
Just off the main A422 road from Stratford to Banbury, this is an excellent location from which to explore Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.
Nolands Farm B&B is sign-posted from the A422 road - if approaching from the direction of Stratford, turn right just before the wood, go over the cattle grid and the farm is in the valley on the right hand side.
