This is a friendly, family run guest house in Horley, offering reasonably priced bed and breakfast accommodation and personal service.

Built in 1907, Cumberland House is approximately 2 miles from Gatwick Airport.

Courtesy transfers to and from Gatwick Airport [both north and south terminals] and Horley Railway Station are available free of charge until midnight [subject to availability of transport].

Guests can leave a vehicle at Cumberland House when travelling from Gatwick Airport for a small additional cost.

All accommodation at Cumberland House is decorated to a high standard, and all bedrooms have:

Breakfast is served each morning in the elegant dining room, between the hours of 06:45 and 09:30 - with a choice of either continental style or full English breakfast.

If guests have an early departure from Gatwick Airport in the morning and are unable to wait until 06:45 for breakfast, facilities are provided in the dining room to allow a self-service / make your own continental breakfast.

Continental style breakfast includes cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice, fruit salad and muffins. Full English breakfast includes bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, fruit juice, toast and jams / preserves.

Special Gluten Free Breakfast: The youngest member of the Cumberland House family is Coeliac, therefore the chef is particularly experienced in cooking a Full English Breakfast that is Gluten Free.

Directions by road to Cumberland House B&B:

Exit M23 motorway at Junction 9 [Gatwick Airport]. Travel past first roundabout [South Terminal] and turn right at the next roundabout [North Terminal]. At next roundabout turn right, following signs for A23 road towards Redhill. The sign for Cumberland House is on the left hand side. Turn first left after the sign into Church Road, then left again into the Cumberland House car park.
