Haven House Farm Bed and Breakfast

Only four miles south west of Skegness, Haven House Farm offers family run bed and breakfast accommodation in the village of Croft.

Surrounded by countryside, the B&B offers guests a peaceful base from which to explore the area around Skegness and Lincolnshire's east coast.

The River Steeping runs alongside the house, and guests have exclusive access to the well stocked fishing lake adjacent to the property.

The east coast is a short drive from Haven House along the A52, and offers sandy beaches and the seaside attractions at Skegness.

There are five rooms at Haven House B&B - one double room, two twin rooms, one single room and one family room.

All bedrooms share a bathroom apart from the family room, which is en-suite and accommodates up to four people.

Every room is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard, and is equipped with a colour television, video player, and tea or coffee making facilities.

Breakfast is served every morning at Haven House B&B.

There is also a tea room attached to the house, which is open in peak season and on bank holiday weekends, and offers a range of hot and cold food.

In the Lincolnshire countryside surrounding Haven House, a selection of pubs and restaurants are available for other meals.

Haven House Farm is situated four miles south west of Skegness, and the B&B is only 19 miles north east of Boston, and 46 miles east of Lincoln.

Directions to Haven House Farm:
If travelling along the A52 from Boston to Skegness, look out for the right hand turn signposted 'Havenhouse', just past Wainfleet. Follow this road for about 2 miles, passing the Havenhouse Railway Station. Havenhouse Farm B&B is the next building along, on the right hand side of the road.

Haven House is ideally located for exploring the east Lincolnshire countryside and coast.
