Twin / Super King Size Bedroom

Latchmead B&B's twin bedroom (or Super-king Size Double) is equipped with a colour television with remote control, alarm clock, hairdryer and tea or coffee making facilities.

Towels and bathrobes are provided and guests have the use of a private bathroom [with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin].

With two single beds or a large double bed, this is a spacious room in the main house, with view of the grounds and countryside.

The 'Single' Bedroom

The single room actually has a 4 foot 6 inches wide bed, so it can be used as a single or for a parent with a small child. It has access to a private bathroom [with shower, toilet and wash basin] and are provided with towels and bathrobes.

Facilities in this room include a colour television with remote control, alarm clock, hairdryer and tea or coffee making facilities.

The single bedroom is a spacious room in the main house, with a view of the grounds.

A travel cot is available for babies in all rooms. All single beds are standard size.

The four bedrooms in the annexe building are on ground floor level and offer comfortable non-smoking B&B accommodation near Stansted Airport.

Double Bedroom

The Double bedded room in the annexe has a fridge and en-suite facilities [shower, toilet and wash basin].

Twin / Double / Family Bedrooms

In each of these rooms, there are two single size beds that can link to form a super-king size double bed. An optional extra single bed can be added to make a family / triple room ideal for three people.

These three versatile bedrooms are equipped with a fridge and each has en-suite facilities [shower, toilet and wash basin].

Providing excellent accommodation ideal for early or late arrivals, the annexe is a separate building with wheelchair access - please ask for exact details regarding accessibility.

A travel cot is available for babies in all B&B rooms.

Breakfast is served each morning from 07:30 until 09:30. Breakfast options include cereal, pastries and fruit juice and a Full English breakfast is available for a small charge.

For B&B guests with early starts, a take away breakfast or an 'early starter tray' can be provided.

For evening meals, The George pub in Little Hallingbury serves delicious food and tables can be booked on request.

Alternatively, Bishop's Stortford is a short drive from the B&B and is home to a variety of bars and restaurants.

This accommodation is on Port Lane in Little Hallingbury, six miles south west of Stansted Airport and two miles south of Bishop's Stortford.

The B&B is easily accessible from Junction 8 of the M11 motorway and the A1 road.

Trains to London and Cambridge pass through Bishop's Stortford Train Station, which is linked to Little Hallingbury by an hourly bus service.
