The Residential Delegate Rate offered is dependant on a minimum of 10 delegates in small meeting room or 16 delegates in large meeting room.

Driving directions:

Leave the M42 motorway at Junction 2, heading towards 'A441 Birmingham / Redditch'.

At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A441 road towards Redditch and follow the A441 through Bordesley.

At the next roundabout after Bordesley, take the third exit onto Middlehouse Lane, then take the first exit into Hewell Road at the mini-roundabout.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit, pass under the railway bridge.
