Conferences

There are two conference and banqueting rooms at the hotel.

Day Delegate Package: £29.50 per person per day.

This includes main conference room hire, refreshments throughout the day including buffet lunch, flip chart, OHP and screen, stationery, iced water, cordials and mints.

24 Hour Delegate Package £128.00 per person.

24 hour package includes all of the above, as well as an overnight stay in an Executive room, three course Dinner at the Lamp House, Full English Breakfast and complimentary morning newspaper.

36 Hour Delegate Package £158.00 per person per night is also available.

A Full English breakfast, morning newspaper and tea, coffee or fruit juice are included in the room rate.

They can even be brought to your bedside if you wish!

Vegetarian options are available and other special diets can be catered for with prior notice.

Bar snacks are available from 12:00 to 14:30 and evening meals are available in either the hotel bar or the restaurant.

When Approaching Coalville from either Junction 22 of the motorway [M1] or the A42 road, simply follow the A511 to the outskirts of Coalville. Follow the Brown Tourism signs around the Bypass, turning into Coalville at Morrison's island. This is Whitwick Road, and the hotel is a short distance along on the left hand side.

Hermitage Park Hotel is only 30 minutes from the Birmingham NEC Exhibition Centre via the M42 motorway. A shuttle service to and from the NEC is available during major events.
