General Details
If you are looking for affordable but luxurious accommodation in a rural East Dorset location, yet close to the A31 and A350 roads, Peveril House Bed and Breakfast is ideal.
This accommodation is only a short drive from Wimborne Minster, Poole, Blandford Forum, Dorchester, Wareham or the south coast.
The sandy beaches of Bournemouth, Studland or Sandbanks are easily reached within half an hour of Peveril House, or in a similar journey time you could be in the 'Thomas Hardy' Countryside surrounding Dorchester.
Accommodation
This is really exclusive accommodation with personal service and a warm welcome - there is only one guest bedroom in the house.
The bedroom has a king-size double bed and en-suite facilities [bath, shower, toilet and wash basin], and it overlooks the back garden of the house.
Home entertainment is provided by a flat screen television with 'Freeview TV Channels'. There are, of course, facilities for making tea and coffee in the bedroom.
Peveril House has a travel cot with bedding and this can be added to the room on request, for a small additional nightly charge to cover laundry costs.
Food and Drink
Always available every morning at Peveril House Bed and Breakfast:
Freshly brewed coffee or tea, fruit juice, muesli, cereals, toast, homemade marmalade, locally-produced honey, free range eggs.
If you would like a cooked English Breakfast, it is included in the price of the accommodation, and features sausages, bacon and eggs from the local farm shop nearby, mushrooms, toast and tomatoes.
Alternatively a vegetarian 'Continental Style Breakfast' is available and would include organic yoghurt, fresh bread rolls and preserves - your host Jo also makes her own jam, which is a very popular choice.
A number of options are nearby for evening meals or a restaurant meal - please ask for details.
