With only three bedrooms, the B&B has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but the accommodation and facilities are of a standard perhaps more associated with a large guest house or hotel.

There is a large television in the guest lounge with Satellite channels and every room has access to the internet and en-suite facilities.

Places of interest and attractions nearby include amusement parks (for example Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland, Thorpe Park), castles and stately homes, or gardens open for visitors.

First floor double room:
'Ashtead' has a double bed and en-suite facilities - shower, toilet and wash basin.

Ground floor family room:
'Carlisle' has a double bed, a single bed plus another pull-out bed. The en-suite facilities include a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. Please note that the popular Carlisle Bedroom is now booked for most dates during 2012.

First floor family room:
'Duxbury' has a double bed plus up to 3 single beds and en-suite facilities - shower, toilet and wash basin.

All bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, with TV, ample heating available, tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests can borrow a Playstation or Nintendo Games Console, or choose from a selection of board games.

Linchens serves a full English Breakfast or Continental style options for guests leaving for very early flights / departures from Gatwick Airport. Please advise the B&B should you have any particular requests for breakfast.
