A fine example of Scottish Baronial architecture, the house was built in 1881 originally as a family home for a wealthy underwriter for Lloyds of London and today it provides full business meeting and banqueting facilities.

There is a modern function suite in the Colas Wing that can be divided into up to four sound-proof rooms, or used as a single venue. Up to 200 guests can be accommodated (seated), with room for 350 theatre-style and ample on-site parking.

A dozen different meeting rooms offer the flexibility that few hotels in Surrey can match - each conference, special occasion, wedding reception or board meeting can set up to meet specific individual requirements.
