Lufflands Farm and Cider Cottage are only 10 minutes by car from the beaches at Budleigh Salterton or Exmouth - and within easy reach of either Exmoor or Dartmoor National Park.

Situated on the edge of Woodbury Common, Lufflands is ideally placed for both a quiet walking holiday or for touring the coasts and countryside of South Devon.

Cider Cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for up to five people.

With rooms and access on ground floor level, this cottage is also suitable for wheelchair users.

The open plan kitchen/dining room is well equipped, with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The sitting area has a bay window, and overlooks the attractive courtyard.

The cottage is equipped with a colour televison and video recorder.

Warm and cosy, the property has 'Economy Seven' background heating and an electric fire.

Bedroom 1 has three single beds and Bedroom 2 has a double bed.

The cottage's bathroom includes a shower.

Cider Cottage [Lufflands Farm] is located in the small hamlet of Yettington, surrounded by open farmland, approximately three miles from the coast at Budleigh Salterton. Exmouth is five miles away and Exeter only nine miles away.

There is ample private parking space for vehicles at the farm.
