Apartments can accommodate between 3 and 6 people in warm and pleasant surroundings.

Situated within walking distance of Cambridge City Centre, the apartments are close to the River Cam, University and both Business and Science parks.

With easy access to A14 and M11, the apartments are ideally located and have free off-street parking.

Some of the apartments are ideal for couples, but larger families and groups can book multiple properties to suit their requirements.

Broadmeadows Apartment

Broadmeadows offers accommodation for up to 6 people in a two-bedroom second floor apartment.

The apartment is close to the River Cam and Midsummer Common, and is just 10 minutes' walk from Cambridge City Centre.

There is an entrance hall, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a living area and a bathroom with a bath and electric shower.

The apartment also has a balcony with patio table and chairs, parking, gardens and a video phone entry system.

The living room has two sofa beds, an oak dining table with leather chairs, television with Freeview channels and a DVD player, a stereo system and unlimited wireless internet access.

Directions: At the Elizabeth Way end of Chesterton Road, turn into Defreville Avenue and then Humberstone Road and follow Manhattan Drive until you reach Midsummer Meadows. Broadmeadows is the first building on the left.

Limehouse Apartment

A first floor, one-bedroom luxury apartment offering accommodation for up to 4 people just 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Cambridge and conveniently located on a bus route into the city.

The apartment comprises of an entrance hall, living area, double bedroom and luxury bathroom with shower and bath.

There is also a balcony with patio table and chairs, a video entry phone system and allocated parking.

The living room has a sofa bed, an oak dining table with leather chairs, television with Freeview channels and a DVD player, a stereo system and unlimited wireless internet access.

Directions: From Milton Road city end turn left into Arbury Road and The Limehouse is on the right just before the church.

Milton Villas at 78 to 80 Milton Road

Milton Villas is a Victorian house that has been converted into three self-contained, serviced apartments.

Each apartment has one allocated parking space and frequent buses and trains run into Cambridge City Centre.

The Top Floor Apartment accommodates 4 people in one double and twin room, both of which have en-suite facilities.

The living area has sofas, a television with cable channels, a video player, a stereo and a dining table and chairs.

The Ground Floor Apartment offers accommodation for 3 people, with one en-suite double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

The living area has a dining table and chairs, television with cable channels and a video player.

The Lower Ground Floor Apartment offers accommodation for 3 people in an adaptable en-suite double or twin bedroom.

The living area has a sofa, futon, television with cable channels and video player and a stereo.

All apartment kitchens [including the Milton Villas] are equipped with:

Smoking is restricted to the residents lounge.
Linen and towels provided, apartments cleaned on a weekly basis.
