The Coach House

The Coach House is situated within the grounds of Notley House and consists of a superbly converted 2 storey building, with private access from the rear car park.

Originally the old school room and now transformed into a luxurious dwelling, The Coach House won a civic award in 1994 for its high quality conversion.

The combination of pine and stone give the building a natural homely appeal.

Designed to accommodate 2 adults, The Coach House is an ideal self-contained location for special occasions, as a weekend retreat or even as a relocation base.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom, which has a full size bath with shower over, plus a separate toilet.

The ground floor level has a relaxing and cosy lounge, with a colour television, leading to a fully-fitted galley kitchen.

The Galley Kitchen has an electric cooker (4 ring) with a small oven and a grill.  Other equipment includes:

• Microwave
• Toaster and kettle
• Crockery and cutlery
• Cooking utensils and pans

For those not wishing to self-cater, breakfast may be taken at Notley House.

For evening meals, there are a number of nearby take-away outlets and pubs serving food.

The Coach House is ideally located for the city centre and railway station, both about 10 minutes away.

The M5 main trunk route passes by the eastern side of the city and the airport is one junction away.

Cheltenham and the Cotswolds can easily be explored using this as a base for touring the region.

Gloucester Cathedral is one of the most beautiful in England and has some stunning architecture.

To the east lies Cheltenham, famous for being a spa town and its royal connections. It also boasts a fine array of antique shops, fashion houses, wine bars and restaurants.

The Cotswolds region is known for its beautiful unspoilt landscape and the range of countryside walks.
