The cottage offers ideal accommodation for a single person or a couple, and it is a part of the Shooting Lodge on an old farming estate.

Quietly positioned - but not isolated - in a corner of the estate, this holiday home is surrounded by a small enclosed garden.

Overlooking fields and trees, the views are beautiful and it is hard to believe you are only minutes from the centre of Henley-on-Thames.

Shooting Lodge Cottage accomodates 1 or 2 adults only.

On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with a log-burning stove and colour television. A door provides access to the garden.

The spacious kitchen/dining room has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, small freezer, table and chairs.

A utility room houses a washing machine along with the downstairs shower and toilet.

On the first floor there is a double bedded room with wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet.

There are some excellent local restaurants and public houses within half a mile. The nearby town centre of Henley provides ample grocery stores, shops and other amenities.

Set in the heart of the Thames Valley and the Chilterns, this location is best reached by car, although there is a branch railway line in Henley and a bus service to Reading [8 miles] where there is a main line railway station.

Marlow [8 miles], High Wycombe [12 miles] and Oxford [20 miles] are all nearby and access to Heathrow Airport is easy.

Shooting Lodge Cottage accomodates 1 or 2 adults only and is available for weekly lets, or sometimes for weekend or midweek breaks. Rates, terms and conditions:

During the High Season (Easter - September) Weekly Lets (7 nights) Only:
£395.75 commencing 4.30pm on Friday or Monday until 10.00am the following Friday or Monday morning.

During the Low Season (October - pre Easter) Weekly Lets (7 nights):
£395.75 commencing 4.30pm on Friday or Monday until 10.00am the following Friday or Monday morning.
The weekly rate includes the cost of the oil fired central heating in low season.

During the Low Season (October - pre Easter) Weekend Breaks (3 nights):
£180.75 commencing 4.30pm on Friday until 10.00am on Monday morning.

During the Low Season (October - pre Easter) Midweek Breaks (4 nights):
£220.00 commencing 4.30pm on Monday until 10.00am on Friday morning.

Electricity, oil-fired central heating, bed linen and towels are included in the tariff.

During the high season, if there is last-minute availability, short breaks may be made available.

Smoking is not allowed at Shooting Lodge Cottage.

Ample off street parking for vehicles.
Pets are not allowed.
