This tiny holiday cottage is set in the Lincolnshire countryside in-between Boston and Skegness.

Offering self-catering accommodation on farmland owned by Willow Farm Bed and Breakfast, Owl Cottage is only a short drive from Skegness holiday resort.

Owl Cottage was converted at the end of 2005, from an old barn which housed a pair of Barn Owls. A new Owl Box was incorporated into the eaves of the new building.

There are both Barn Owls and Little Owls nesting on Willow Farm this year - this is a great part of Lincolnshire for wildlife.

Guests can join in helping with the animals and also book riding lessons whilst staying on the farm - activities popular with families.

The property has one double bedroom, providing comfortable accommodation for two adults. Two pine bunk beds are built into the wall - children find these bunks great fun!

Owl cottage has a lounge / dining room / kitchen with seating for four people.

The lounge area has a colour television and a video, with a selection of videos to watch and a small library of books.

The bathroom is a 'Wet Room' with a level-access shower, toilet and wash basin - with luxury toiletiries provided.

The self-catering accommodation is also accessible for wheelchairs - all rooms are on the same ground floor level.

The kitchen has modern equipment, including oven and hob, microwave and kettle. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.

The Lincolnshire countryside surrounding Owl Cottage offers a selection of pubs and restaurants serving a variety of cuisine.

A welcome pack is included in the cottage rental price, and this consists of a grocery pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam, marmalade and cereal.

Guests in the holiday cottage can collect their own eggs for breakfast, from the farm's hens.

Owl Cottage is on Willow Farm, just over nine miles south west of Skegness, 21 miles north of Boston, and 40 miles east of Lincoln. The accommodation is easy to find from the B1195 road, which connects to the A52 and A16 roads.

There are many things to do and places to go in the local area - for example the RAF Museum, the Brewery Tour, and the Seal Sanctuary.

The coast is about a 10 minute drive away in one direction, and the Lincolnshire Wolds are a 10 minute drive away in the other direction.

Picnic areas are available at Willow Farm, perfect places in which to enjoy the sunshine during the day or have a leisurely drink in the evening.

£250.00 per week from Saturday to Saturday. Low season special offers also available.
Accommodation available all year. Bed linen and towels provided.

This is a totally non smoking holiday cottage.

Ample off street parking.
