This is the only inspected self-catering accommodation located in Cleethorpes, close to the town centre and only a short walk from the beach, attractions such as the Pleasure Island Theme Park, the Discovery Centre, and the Tourist Information Centre.

The accommodation is ideal for any visit to Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Immingham, or as a base from which to explore the North East Lincolnshire Coast. Beach House is a 4 star self catering cottage.

Beach House has three bedrooms - one room has a double bed and the other two both have twin beds [2 matching solid wood single beds].

Bedroom features include high quality mattresses, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, and 'romantic' lighting options.

The well equipped and furnished lounge has a modern three piece suite with reclining chairs and sofa, a 36" flat screen TV with 'Freeview' channels, DVD and Video player, and a coal-effect gas fire.

There is a table and six chairs in the comfortable dining room, which in common with most rooms in the property, has a thermostat-controlled radiator.

It would be difficult to find a more well appointed kitchen in your holiday home!

The range of fitted units are finished in white or oak, with a breakfast bar and everything you might need for a comfortable self catering holiday here in Cleethorpes.

There is a fan-assisted oven, grill, halogen hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the front garden has off road parking for four cars and the rear garden has been designed and furnished to create a private outdoor space for guests.

Gated, paved and with a number of potted plants, the back garden provides a fantastic ourdoor entertainment area or a place to enjoy a barbecue or evening drinks.

There is a range of good quality crockery, glassware and cookware with matching sets of plates and bowls for serving meals in style! Menus for good takeaways and restaurants nearby (some of which deliver) are provided for evenings when you prefer not to cook.

The bathroom at Beach House is spacious. Fully tiled in 'soft apricot' natural tiles, it has a brilliant white suite [bath, shower, toilet and wash basin]. Lashings of hot water are available and complimentary toiletries are provided!

Guests with families who stay at Beach House often comment upon the two large trunks of 'Action Man' toys, with vehicles and clothes. For younger visitors there is a large trunk containing a superb collection of 'Happy Tracks' and 'Happy Street' toys from the Early Learning Centre. The dollies and pram are very popular too.

The condensing boiler supplies the central heating system 'on demand' and also provides immediate hot water on demand.

Kitchen equipment also includes kettle, toaster, breakfast bar and stools, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner plus other cleaning materials. All cleaning items are provided under the sink including dishwasher tablets.
