Beach House Cottage

This is the only self-catering accommodation located in Cleethorpes, close to the town centre and only a short walk from the beach, attractions such as the Discovery Centre, and the Tourist Information Centre.

Beach House is a self catering cottage offering a holiday home for up to six people, located in an exclusive area of Cleethorpes.

The owners of Beach House completed work on the property in early 2008 and the accommodation is now furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards.

This is a modern, clean, and really comfortable 'home from home' ideal for any visit to Cleethorpes, Grimsby, or as a base from which to explore the North East Lincolnshire Coast. Beach House is a 4 star self catering cottage.

Beach House offers really beautiful, spotless, luxurious accommodation, ideal for 2-6 people, with three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two both have twin beds [2 matching solid wood single beds].

Bedroom features include high quality mattresses, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, and 'romantic' dimmer switch lighting options.

The well equipped and furnished lounge has a modern three piece suite with reclining chairs and sofa, a television with DVD and Video player, and a coal-effect gas fire.

There is a table and six chairs in the comfortable dining room, which in common with most rooms in the property, has a thermostat-controlled radiator.

It would be difficult to find a more well appointed kitchen in your self catering holiday home! A range of fitted units are finished in white or oak and everything you might need is provided.

There is an oven, grill, halogen hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the front garden has off road parking for two cars and the rear garden has been designed and furnished to create a private outdoor space for guests.

Short breaks are usually available Friday to Sunday inclusive or Monday to Thursday inclusive, but shorter lets often available, especially at last minute / short notice.

The condensing boiler supplies the central heating system 'on demand' and also provides immediate hot water on demand.

Kitchen equipment also includes kettle, toaster, breakfast bar and stools, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner plus other cleaning materials.
