All Seasons Apartments

In the centre of Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds, 'All Seasons' offer self-catering accommodation in one of four modern apartments.

Formerly two separate eighteenth century Georgian terraced houses, each apartment has its own individual character.

'All Seasons' were Gold Award winners for self catering holiday of the year in the East Midlands 2006 - 2007.

They were also commended by His Royal Highness Duke of Kent in association with the Georgian Group for restoration of a Georgian Building in 2006.

Louth's many attractions are within easy reach of the apartments, which also has secure private parking for guests.

In the heart if Lincolnshire, this is self catering accommodation of an exceptional standard.

Each apartment has been awarded with either 4 or 5 stars by the English Tourist Board.

Accommodation is offered in one of three apartments with one bedroom, or in an apartment with two bedrooms.

All five apartments are decorated and furnished to the highest standard.

'Ramsgate' and 'Upgate' each have one double bedroom, the 'Westgate' apartment has one twin bedroom, and the 'Kidgate' apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Upgate can accommodate an extra adult or child on a small guest bed for an extra £30 per night.

Each kitchen is equipped with:

Each bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower or shower attachment.

Lounge areas are furnished with comfy sofas and armchairs, and CD, video and DVD players, as well as a wide screen television.

For dining, the apartments are also equipped with a dining table and chairs.

The apartments have south facing walled gardens with patio tables and chairs.

The 'Chequergate Maisonette' offers 5 star accommodation with stunning Georgian features and an elegant staircase over three floors. The property comprises two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, and is suitable for six people.

The dining room in Chequergate has elegant cornices and a Georgian fireplace, and the spacious lounge has a television with video and DVD player. The separate office has a desk and WiFi broadband internet access.

The kitchen has modern appliances throughout including a gas range oven, washing machine and dryer - with dining area and private balcony. The property has both a shower room and a main bathroom featuring a spa bath.

Louth is one of the largest market towns in the Lincolnshire Wolds and has a wide variety of independent shops and supermarkets for self-catering provisions.

There is a supermarket just metres from All Seasons Apartments, and Louth's many restaurants are within easy reach, as are a selection of take-away establishments.

All Seasons Apartments are situated in the centre of Louth, 30 miles north east of Lincoln and 24 miles north west of Skegness.

The accommodation is also just a few hours from London or Edinburgh via the M180 road to the north or the A1 and A16 roads to the south.

With its excellent road access in all directions, Louth is an ideal base for exploring Lincolnshire, and the Lincolnshire East Coast is just a short drive away.

There are many attractons and leisure activities available in Louth and the surrounding area.

Louth itself is home to the Louth Museum and the Eastgate and Westgate areas.

Other market towns in the area including the Antiques town of Horncastle and Alford, Spilsby and Woodhall Spa.

For bird lovers, there are many excellent bird watching reserves along the Lincolnshire coast, and guests are also encouraged to visit the annual Grey Seals which visit Donna Nook [10 miles from Louth] in November and December.

The coast offers a choice of family activities and attractions - Butlins, the Seal Sanctuary, Beaches, and the Cleethorpes Light Railway and Fishing Museum are all within easy reach of the apartments.

Other attractions include Tattershall Castle, Rand Farm, Cadwell Motor Racing Circuit, Jubilee Park at Woodhall, Hubbards Hills and Lincoln Castle.
