Purpose-built in 2006 and close to Looe in south Cornwall, Polperro Lodge offers accommodation for up to six people, in three bedrooms.
The holiday lodge is set in the attractive landscaped grounds of Killigarth Manor.
A picturesque fishing village, Polperro is a short distance from the accommodation, and there are a number of Cornish beaches nearby.
Polperro is an ideal location for self catering holidays in Cornwall - the harbour town of Looe is a few minutes drive away and offers many amenities.
On-site, Killigarth Manor's facilities are available free of charge for guests staying in Polperro Holiday Lodge.
There is a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and fitness suite, snooker, pool and tennis courts. The leisure centre complex also has 'Wifi' internet access - wireless access to the internet for guests with laptop computers.
Accommodation
With a very high standard of fixtures, furnishings and fittings, this lodge is of wooden construction, and offers self catering accommodation for up to six people, in three bedrooms.
The double bedded room has en-suite facilities and the two twin bedded rooms share a bathroom.
The spacious living area has a well equipped kitchen and contemporary furniture - including a comfortable lounge, a large dining table and six chairs.
Home entertainment is provided by a colour television with satellite channels, a video and DVD player, a small library of books and a games selection.

The self-catering holiday park has a clubhouse and a 'longhouse' where food is served.
These dining out options are literally on the doorstep of this property. Both take-away food and bar meals are available.
There is an on-site shop, and nearby Looe provides a choice of traditional pubs, a selection of shops and several cafes and restaurants.
Location
Polperro Lodge is ideally located for all of the attractions of the southern part of Cornwall and the western part of Devon [via the main roads through Liskeard and Tavistock, or the road bridge over the River Tamar at Plymouth].
A short drive away are the towns of Polperro, Looe, Liskeard, and Lostwithiel.
Leisure
The purpose built holiday homes in Killigarth Manor Holiday Park are set in the grounds of the stately country house. A public footpath leads from the accommodation to the beach at Talland Bay.
The rolling countryside of Cornwall's sunny 'Riviera' south coast is a popular destination for a family holiday, as a base for a walking or cycling holiday, or from which to explore the attractions of Devon and Cornwall.
The South West Coastal Path - one of Cornwall's most famous and popular walking routes - runs along the coast only a short walk from Polperro Lodge.
Day trips from Polperro can include the Eden Project [about half an hour away by car] and the historic city of Plymouth - visit the National Marine Aquarium and Plymouth's shopping centres.
Boat trips are available from the famous harbour in Looe - excursions can include sea angling, fishing, and glass-bottom boat trips.
In addition to the heated indoor swimming pool and gym, Killigarth Manor offers both indoor and outdoor play areas for children, tennis, crazy golf, snooker and pool tables, boules, a giant chess set, and a kids club - please ask for details.
Each evening, the holiday park's club house presents a varied programme of entertainment with live music, cabaret and disco.

£145 - £1050 per week depending on time of year.
