This selection of self-catering accommodation is ideal for family holidays to the Cleethorpes / Lincolnshire area or groups on a business trip to Grimsby.
The five acres of landscaped gardens in which the cottages are set include manicured lawn area, meadows and paddocks.
Pheasants, Owls, Kestrels and Chickens roam happily throughout the cottage grounds...

Bluebell Cottage - 2 / 4 People - 4 star accommodation
Cottage with a double bedroom. Two extra people can be accommodated on the lounge sofa bed.
The bathroom has a good quality shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is equipped with Oven and Hob, Fridge, Automatic Washing Machine and a wide range of cooking utensils.
The spacious, open plan lounge has comfortable seating, a television, a DVD player and a radio/cd player.
Poppy Cottage - 2 / 4 People - 4 star accommodation
Cottage with a twin bedroom. Two extra people can be accommodated on the lounge sofa bed.
The bathroom has a good quality shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is equipped with Oven and Hob, Fridge, Automatic Washing Machine and a wide range of cooking utensils.
The comfortable lounge is equipped with a television, games console, DVD player and a selection of films, music and games for your enjoyment.
The Barn - 8 People
Ideal for larger families and groups!
Sleeping accommodation is offered in four bedrooms, and there are two separate bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking range, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and a full range of kitchen utensils.
There is a also full sized dining table and a comfortable seating area in which to relax with an after dinner drink.
The separate sitting room has a fuel burner and comfortable seating for six people, with plenty of room left for a game of pool or snooker!
For the more energetic, The Barn even has a gym.

The Lincolnshire Coast is a playground for children and adults alike.
Cleethorpes, Grimsby and many smaller seaside towns offer beautiful beaches and a number of seafront attractions.
For lazy days, the grounds surrounding Cedar Park Cottages are ideal for exploring or relaxing in peaceful, natural surroundings.
After the main season, in early November or December, the famous 'North Sea Seals' visit nearby Donna Nook Beach - this is about a 15 minute drive from Cedar Park Cottages. No dogs are allowed on the beach at thie time of year, because literally hundreds of seals come out of the water to give birth to their pups.
Visitors are able to walk along the beach just inches from the seals and their new born babies providing real 'wow factor' despite the typically cold weather. Guests are advised to wrap up warm - once seen, this natural wildlife wonder will make you want to come every winter, and best of all - it is virtually free! A small charge applies for parking in the farmer's field near the beach - why not take along a flask of mulled wine and mince pies?!
