This is a great location from which to visit Bath, Shepton Mallet, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, Wells, Glastonbury, Longleat Safari Park, Wookey Hole Caves, Bristol Zoo or the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton, Somerset.

There are 2 brand new log cabins, called Kingfisher Lodge and Woodpecker Lodge. Providing luxurious accommodation for up to six people, each has 2 well equipped bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the lounge.

The cabins have been inspected by the English Tourist Board and Graded With 4 Stars, so expect to find furnishings of a modern and exceptionally high standard.

One of the bedrooms in each lodge is a king size double, the other has 2 matching single beds.

In your large living area there is a gas-fired log burner, a flat screen TV and a DVD player, along with outstanding views from the double glazed windows.

Both Kingfisher and Woodpecker Lodge have a large fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area, with dining table and 6 pine chairs.

Kitchens have equipment including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and everything required for a comfortable and convenient self-catering holiday.

Outdoor dining options include your own decked veranda and a shared patio area with barbecue facilities, bench table and chairs. The terrace is a great place for enjoying a leisurely morning breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

A Continental-style breakfast selection can be ordered at the time of booking or on arrival (owners are as flexible as possible, for example not all of your group have to order breakfast). Several of the nearby towns have cafes and coffee shops serving breakfast from early in the morning.

Camerton is a small, typical English village near Bath, in the county of Somerset. Travelling by car, head in a south-westerly direction from the historic city centre on the A367 then take the B3115 into the countryside and you will arrive in Camerton within 10-15 minutes. To make the most of exploring this scenic area during your short break or holiday in this part of Somerset, it is recommended that you have your own vehicle.

Enjoy a wonderful holiday and enjoy the beautiful Somerset countryside, nature and wildlife, only a short distance from Bath, one of England's most attractive cities, full of Roman history, interesting architecture and buildings.

Guests have access to the private landscaped gardens, with a fully enclosed outdoor play area for children - featuring a slide, swings, trampoline and climbing frame.

Kids will also love the separate games room with table football, 'Wii console' with games and an arcade machine.

Leisure activities include country walks, pony trekking and cycling routes and many nearby attractions to visit.

The outdoor hot tub and 24' heated outdoor swimming pool (available during summer months) is shared only with the occupants in the lodge opposite.

Purbeck Holiday Lets welcome children, so for younger guests a travel cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

If you are visiting the Bath or Somerset area when celebrating a special occasion, why not arrange to have one or two extra surprises for your loved one on arrival? This could include a bottle of chilled Champagne or wine, a bouquet of flowers or chocolates in your luxurious accommodation.

The standard charge for a log cabin for up to 6 people is £150 per night (minimum stay requirement usually 2 nights - please ask for details). With 6 occupants the price per person if breakfast is not required is only £25 per night.

Breakfast is available for an additional £5 per person per night and a daily maid service is available on request for an additional £75 per week.

No other hidden extras - the cost of electricity, bed linen and towels is included. Special requirements can usually be catered fo on request.
