The village of Hawkhurst is about one and a half miles from Well Cottage, and Rye or Hastings on the coast are only a few minutes' drive away. Previous guests have enjoyed the many cycle routes and tracks at Bedgebury Forest.

Well Cottage has an outdoor swimming pool which bed and breakfast guests are able to use in the warmer months of the year.

You can choose to stay in the main house or in the garden pavilion, which has a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

The main house bedrooms have en-suite facilities (or a private bathroom) and a double bed, with tea and coffee making facilities and a TV.

Breakfast is served daily in the sun room of the main house, with cooked options available - if you have any special dietary requirements please advise Well Cottage at the time of booking accommodation.

Alternatively, for guests staying in the pavilion, a Continental style selection is available so that breakfast time can be more flexible.

Set in the countryside of Kent near Ticehurst, Cranbrook and Tunbridge Wells, this B&B is just off the A268 road. It takes about five minutes to drive into Hawkhurst or to get to the junction of the A21 and A268 at Flimwell.

Bed and Breakfast accommodation from £50 (single occupancy) to £80 (double with en-suite) per room per night, based on a single night stay in summer season. Cot with bedding for a baby £5 per night, with additonal accommodation for children sometimes available (please enquire).
