Lowestoft Accommodation

"Beautiful house with lovely clean rooms. The staff and owner are wonderful and welcoming, we didnt want to leave. They are also very good with children and make the effort to make them feel as welcome as anybody. Breakfast was not only delicious it was well presented too. Will definately go back!" "I booked my elderly parents in at the Britten House Hotel last June, they wanted to go to the Lowestoft Air Show and as both are in their eighties, frail and disabled, I needed a hotel on the seafront with sea views so they could see the show from the window.
I was indeed worried that they would find it difficult and hoped that the accomodation and the staff would be caring and considerate toward them.
I need not have worried !! Theeir stay was wonderful. The accomodation was first class luxury, the food exceptional and the attention they received was second to none. They were treated with the utmost care and nothing was too much trouble for the owners.
I cannot praise this establishment highly enough, it is wonderful knowing that I can give my parents a lovely break safe in the knowledge that they are being treated like royalty !!! "Stayed as we were going to Lowestoft Air Show. Hotel 2 mins walk from beach so ideal spot.Rate for room very good, £25 per night for a double. Hotels website pictures have been enhanced a bit and some of the facilities are not as stated, however the staff were very pleasant and helpful and allowed us to park our motorbikes in the front garden for security. They also cooked us a super breakfast both mornings for only £5 each. Room was comfortable and not bad for price and suited what we wanted to do" Caroline, Grimsby, Visited July 2009
