"We stayed here for 3 nights, the main purpose of our visit to go to Beamish Museum. Very clean and well equipped but I found it a bit too quiet and there was never no-one there if we'd had any problemds. Was told the cleaner would be in during the morning sometime but never saw her once. the lighting was very poor in both bathroom & bedroom for make-up etc." june welch, preston, Visited July 2011
