Rosebank House offers bed and breakfast accommodation in the beautiful village of Strathyre.
Located on the eastern edge of the Trossachs in Perthshire, Strathyre is ideally situated for walkers, bird watchers, and those wishing to explore central Scotland.
Rosebank House is a beautifully restored Victorian property, which has retained its traditional elegance and spacious feel.
With its cosy lounge and conservatory, guests can relax at Rosebank whilst enjoying views of the attractive countryside that surrounds the house.
Accommodation
Rosebank House offers accommodation in a choice of three bedrooms and one self-contained suite [with two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom].
All rooms are equipped with:

- Tea and coffee making facilities
The Forest Suite has two bedrooms and offers a particularly pleasant view over the garden at Rosebank House.
With a well-appointed new bathroom, the Forest Suite is suitable for groups of between two and five people [room one has a double and a single bed, room two has a double bed].
The Garden room has a king-size double bed and a new en-suite bathroom.
The Rose bedroom is popular with guests, overlooks the garden and is a few steps from the bathroom.
The Mountain bedroom is twin bedded, with a spectacular view of the River Balvaig, which flows past the house.
Guests are welcome to use the relaxing lounge area, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, colour television with satellite channels, a DVD player, an XBOX and board games.
Food and Drink
A full freshly cooked breakfast is served every morning at Rosebank House, the ingredients of which are locally sourced where possible.
The breakfast menu offers a variety of tasty options, including sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, and even haggis and black pudding for a truly authentic Scottish dining experience.
Vegetarians can be catered for on request and a wide range of tea and coffee is available.
Location
Strathyre is located off the A84 road, which is joined with junction 11 of the M9, 25 miles north west of Stirling and 50 miles north east of Glasgow.
Situated near the eastern border of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Strathyre is nestled in the Strathyre Forest at the northern tip of Loch Lubnaig.
Leisure
The area around Strathyre is rich in beautiful scenery and interesting attractions.
Many outdoor pursuits are on offer around Strathyre, including golfing, fishing, sailing, kayaking, pony trekking and climbing.
Slightly further afield are Fort William, Glencoe, the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, and the Arrochar Alps.
Glasgow and Edinburgh are both just over 1 hour's drive from Strathyre and offer a wide variety of places to visit.

£25.00 - double/ twin
[single supplement - £3.00 per night]
For stays of three nights or more, 5% reduction, for stays of four nights or more, 10% reduction.
