Accommodation comprises of one family room, one double room and one twin room, all of which are equipped with:

All bedrooms are triple glazed and some offer spectacular views of Loch Leven.
Food and Drink

Guests can enjoy breakfast each morning in the conservatory, whilst appreciating the spectacular views over Loch Leven and the cottage garden.
A home cooked Scottish breakfast is always on offer, and vegetarians are happily catered for.
Location
Burnside Bed and Breakfast is four miles from the village of North Ballachulish, 16 miles south of Fort William and 92 miles north of Glasgow.
The accommodation's proximity to the A82 road makes it easy to approach from the north or south, and allows guests to take in some of Scotland's most impressive mountain scenery.
Approaching from the South, take the A82 to Ballachulish, cross the Ballachulish bridge and then take the second turning on your right, signposted the B863 to Kinlochleven. Burnside is four miles further, on the left hand side of the B863.
Approaching from the North, take the A82 to North Ballachulish and turn left, signposted the B863 to Kinlochleven. The cottage is four miles further along the B863.
Leisure
The rivers, lochs and mountains that decorate the landscape around Burnside provide ample walking, climbing, skiing, cycling and fishing opportunities.
Burnside is just five miles from the West Highland Way, and has direct access to the Mamore Hills.
Guests can also sail or canoe across Loch Leven from the cottage's private beach, which is just 150 metres away.
The town of Glencoe is five miles away and has many points of interest, including Rannoch Moor and Glen Coe, famous as the location of the 1692 Glencoe Massacre.
Fort William also offers a variety of attractions, including Loch Cruises, steam train journeys to Mallaig, and the Ben Nevis Distillery and Woollen Mill.
