David and Lois-May offer a warm welcome to their home, in a countryside location seven miles south west of Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle.

An excellent local bus service takes only 25 minutes to reach Edinburgh - and the bus stops near Newmills House every 10 minutes during the daytime.

With an informal atmosphere, this charming bed and breakfast accommodation has ample parking for guests.

The New Suite provides five star accommodation at B&B prices and was originally the dining room of Newmills House.

A large double bedroom leads into a small sitting room with a sofa bed and television. Off the sitting room there is a modern en-suite bathroom.

Lara's Suite, named after the owners' daughter, has a small private lobby / hallway leading to the bathroom.

Ideal for a small group of three people, Lara's Suite has an additional single room off the lobby if required.

The Twin Suite has a bedroom with two single beds - and these can be made up as a double if required. There is an en-suite bathroom.

Breakfast is of course an important part of the day. David and Lois-May offer guests a healthy Continental-style Breakfast.

If you have any special diet or allergies they can usually be catered for.
