General Details
This part of North West Scotland is a remote area of outstanding natural beauty, with island-studded bays and spectacular scenery.
The Eddrachilles Hotel is located at the head of Badcall Bay, with wooded gardens and grounds that run down to the sea.
With wonderful views over the sea, this is a small, owner-managed hotel offering very comfortable accommodation.
The charm and character of this 200 year old hotel features throughout the building - for example stone walls and flagstone floors in the dining rooms.

Leisure
The Eddrachilles Hotel is an ideal location for an active and interesting holiday, or just to escape from the bustle to the peace and tranquillity of the Highlands. Explore the local area or use this as a centre to tour the North and West.
Although this is not a fishing hotel, for those who would like a day on the loch, there is a local angling club for brown trout in Scourie where membership is available to hotel guests at moderate charge.
Handa Island, famous as a bird sanctuary and for its magnificent cliffs and stacks, is only a few miles away to the north. Boat trips across the short stretch of water can be made from Tarbet nearby.
For the walker or climber, there is a wide variety. The higher mountains are within easy reach of Scourie, while nearby one can walk and enjoy the wild and rugged scenery of the hills, rocks, and thousands of small lochs set in a landscape which has remained unaltered, with not a sign of man's existence.
To the north are expansive sandy beaches all but deserted, stretching for miles. Probably the finest in the country, the haunted Sandwood Bay, graveyard of many ships wrecked off Cape Wrath is well worth a visit.
To the south are the waterfalls of Eascoul-Aluin, which with a fall of 658 feet are the tallest in Britain.
Explore the caves and rock arches carved by the sea, and watch the seals which keep an inquisitive eye on you.
