Marina and Derek welcome you to their guest house, which is in a perfect setting overlooking the delightful open spaces of Leith Links.
Edinburgh city centre is 1.5 miles away, or 10 minutes away by bus, car or taxi.
A family home, Sandaig occupies 2 mid-terraced Victorian villas dating from circa 1870.
Sandaig has been awarded a Scottish Tourist Board '4 Star' Rating, as well as holding membership of the 'Welcome Host' Affiliation.
There is ample, unrestricted on street parking for vehicles available [free of charge].

Each of the well-appointed and individually designed bedrooms has been recently refurbished.

Location
Leith Links is situated north east of Edinburgh - an ideal location for trips into the historic capital or out onto the harbour and the Firth of Forth.
It is easily accessible either by car or the regular bus service from Edinburgh city centre.
Leith is well signposted and Sandaig Guest House is located facing Leith Links Park.
