Situated in a large, mature and secluded garden in a pleasant residential area, it is within a few minutes walk of the town centre.
The front of the house is south-facing and overlooks the garden.
The rear aspect faces Mayfield Road, allowing easy access to the guests' private parking area.
The guest lounge is a spacious, tastefully furnished room, with bay window overlooking the garden.

All bedrooms are at ground floor level and are well equipped, with:

- Tea and coffee making facilities
Each bedroom also has double glazing, central heating and features an attractive pine wood finish.
Food and Drink
Breakfast is served each morning in the spacious dining room, furnished with individual pine tables.
There is a choice of either a full Scottish breakfast or a lighter, Continental style option.
For other meals, there are several pubs, cafes and restaurants serving a wide range of menus nearby.
Location
It takes about six or seven minutes to walk from Sunnyholm to Inverness town centre.
To the south of the city, this location is close to both the River Ness and the castle.
It is easily accessible by road and also only about 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Family room £60.00 per room per night [for 3 people, including breakfast]. The family bedroom is ideal for 2 adults and one child, as it has a double and a single bed].
