Location
The hotel's location is ideal, with the Cathedral literally next door.
The castle and railway station are within easy walking distance, across the River Ness.
The area surrounding Strathness House abounds with places of interest for the visitor.
Within short walking distance is Bught Park and Inverness Ice Rink, whilst just over the nearby pedestrian suspension bridge lie the charming Ness Islands.
Leisure
Inverness has two main golf courses, and there are many more along the Moray coast and north to Dornoch.
The Eden Court Theatre, cinema, ten pin bowling alley, swimming pool, and boat trips on nearby Loch Ness are amongst many other activities on offer.
