This is the perfect wedding venue and ceremonies can be performed in the drawing room beneath the marriage lintel, which dates back to 1621.

Alternatively, if weather permits you can be married under the 350 year old cedar tree known locally as 'The Loving Tree' - said to bring good luck to couples who plight their troth under its spreading canopy.

Guests are accommodated in luxury suites.  For example, the Lovat and Cedar suites feature magnificent fully-canopied four poster beds and the Wyvis suite has a sumptuous half tester.

All suites have a private en-suite bathroom with shower, mini bar and direct dial telephone.

Other equipment in each bedroom includes:

All accommodation is furnished to extremely high standards, and is individually decorated to enhance its natural features.

Directions:
Approach Inverness on the A9 then follow the signs for the A82 Fort William (last roundabout before the Kessock bridge).  Next, pick up signs for the A862 Beauly/Dingwall road.

Bunchrew House Hotel is approximately one and a half miles down this road on the right hand side.

Arrangements for car hire can be made via the hotel.

Cawdor Castle, Loch Ness, Castle Urquhart and beautiful glens such as Affric, Strathglass and Strathconon.

Sailing and Cruising:
Resident owners Graham and Janet Cross will be pleased to arrange this (by prior reservation) including two and three day cruises off the western seaboard on what is acclaimed as the world's safest archipelago.

Fishing:
Fishing on the estate for salmon, sea trout and others is provided free of charge to guests.

Golf:
Available locally - and there are also over 20 courses within one hour's drive, including the world famous Royal Dornoch and Nairn West Championship Courses.
