Arrandale Guest House

This Victorian villa was built over 100 years ago and retains some lovely features from that era.

Now a comfortable guest house, it is conveniently located for most of Edinburgh's major attractions, just over a mile from the city centre.

There is free internet access as well as facilities for sending and receiving faxes.

There are 6 bedrooms (single, double, twin and family), all with their own bathrooms. All rooms are well equipped with a colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio and a hairdryer.

There are some ground floor bedrooms available and some have a view over the garden.

A varied, generous breakfast is included, served in the bright, sunny dining room.

The menu offers cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausages, haggis, baked beans and tomatoes, or a cold breakfast of meat, cheese, croissants and yoghurt. There is a selection of fruit juice, cereals, coffee, tea and toast.

There are various take-away outlets, restaurants, hotel bars and cafes in the locality.

Mayfield Gardens is approximately a mile from Edinburgh's centre and the main railway station.

Arrandale Guest House is ideally located on the A701 and buses pass by the door regularly [5-10 minute journey time to Princes Street].

Edinburgh Airport is 8 miles away.

There is off-street and on-street parking, as well as secure accommodation for pedal bikes.
