An enchanting cottage, Timuka has a secluded location on the edge of the famous and picturesque Victorian spa village.

The property accommodates three people in two bedrooms - one with a 'Super King-size' bed and one with a single bed.

The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and an oil-fired Raeburn stove [which is also the central heating boiler].

In the sitting room there is an open log fire, a telephone, a TV and a DVD player.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside, the cottage garden features views of the surrounding hills.

There are local shops where you can buy food, cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a village post office. About 6 miles away, the town of Dingwall offers a larger range of amenities and dining options.

Strathpeffer is less than 20 miles from Inverness [30 minutes by car].

There is a bus service from the Highland Capital [Inverness] to Strathpeffer, but to make the most of this wonderful region it is best to have your own transport.

Low season - £350.00 per week, Mid season - £450.00 per week, High season - £495.00 per week
