Loch Leven Holiday Accommodation offers self-catering accommodation overlooking Loch Leven and the Glen Coe mountains.

With a private pebble beach and easy road access to the surrounding lochs and mountains, the accommodation is ideal for active or relaxing Scottish breaks.

The accommodation comprises of Loch Leven chalets, and Tiranui Lodge and Cottage, all of which have ample private parking space.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of the western Scottish Highlands, each property has been furnished to provide guests with the highest level of comfort.

Loch Leven Chalets

The Loch Leven Chalets cater for up to four adults and are named after wildlife - Stag, Seal, Salmon, Pinemarten, Otter, Grouse and Wildcat.

Stag, Seal, Salmon and Pinemarten have a double and a twin bedroom, and Otter, Grouse and Wildcat have two twin rooms. Each bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ample drawer space.

The chalets also benefit from a spacious lounge area, which is equipped with a television, video, DVD player and stereo, and is heated by a log effect electric fire.

The separate dining area has large patio doors, leading a covered veranda from which the surrounding Scottish scenery may be enjoyed.

Tiranui Lodge

Tiranui Lodge is a modern self-catering lodge suitable for up to four people, overlooking the Pap of Glencoe.

The Lodge has one double bedroom and one room with bunk beds that can accommodate up to three people.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin, and cleaning and ironing facilities.

The kitchen leads to a living / dining area, which is equipped with a dining table to seat four people, and a television, video, DVD player and CD player.

Tiranui Lodge also benefits from a conservatory at the rear of the house, from which guests can appreciate the Scottish vistas in warm and comfortable surroundings.

Tiranui Cottage

Tiranui Cottage overlooks Loch Leven and offers spacious and modern accommodation for up to eight people.

There are two twin rooms and two double rooms in the cottage, with ample storage space.

One of the double rooms benefits from an en-suite bathroom, in addition to the main bathroom in the cottage.

The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

The lounge / dining area has a large dining table, and a television, video, DVD player and CD player.

All kitchens at Loch Leven chalets, Tiranui Lodge, and Tiranui Cottage are equipped with:

• Electric oven and hob
• Microwave
• Fridge freezer
• Vacuum cleaner
• Toaster
• Iron and ironing board

Tiranui Lodge and Tiranui Cottage also have dishwashers, and Tiranui Cottage has a utility room containing a separate freezer and washer / dryer.

Loch Leven Chalets, and Tiranui Lodge and Cottage, are four miles from the village of North Ballachulish, 16 miles south of Fort William and 92 miles north of Glasgow.

The accommodation's proximity to the A82 road makes it easy to approach from the north or south, and allows guests to take in some of Scotland's most impressive mountain scenery.

Approaching from the South, take the A82 to Ballachulish, cross the Ballachulish bridge and then take the second turning on your right, signposted the B863 to Kinlochleven. The accommodation is four miles further, on the left hand side of the B863.

Approaching from the North, take the A82 to North Ballachulish and turn left, signposted the B863 to Kinlochleven. The accommodation is four miles further along the B863.

The rivers, lochs and mountains that decorate the landscape around Loch Leven provide ample walking, climbing, skiing, cycling and fishing opportunities.

The accommodation is just five miles from the West Highland Way, and has direct access to the Mamore Hills.

Guests can also sail or canoe across Loch Leven from Loch Leven Holiday Accommodation's private beach, which is just 150 metres away.

The town of Glencoe is five miles away and has many points of interest, including Rannoch Moor and Glen Coe, famous as the location of the 1692 Glencoe Massacre.

Fort William also offers a variety of attractions, including Loch Cruises, steam train journeys to Mallaig, and the Ben Nevis Distillery and Woollen Mill.

Weekly rate depends on season and week required:

Loch Leven Chalets and Tiranui Lodge - £350.00 - £575.00 per property per week.

Tiranui Cottage - £700.00 - £1100.00 per week.

Accommodation is available from February to October and also available at Christmas and New Year.

Christmas Holidays - short breaks or full weeks available.
The chalets and cottage are available for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Price guide £375 for 4 nights in one of the chalets, or £750 for 4 nights in Tiranui Cottage - please ask for details.

New Year 2012/2013 - short breaks or full weeks available.
The chalets and cottage are available for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

This is totally non smoking accommodation.
