The Cottage at Sunnyholm is located in the grounds of a popular guesthouse in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of Inverness city centre.

The kitchen is very well equipped, with an electric oven and halgen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and all of the utensils and cooking equipment required for a comfortable self catering holiday.

The bedroom normally has two separate single beds, but a third bed can be added if required.

The lounge has a dining table with four chairs, vertical blinds, leather furniture, flat screen television and a large dresser.

The modern bathroom of the cottage has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Sunnyholm is situated in the southern part of Inverness city centre, less than a 10 minute walk from the River Ness and Inverness Castle. Inverness Railway Station is about the same distance away.

From £365 to £400 per week, or £55 to £60 per night (minimum stay 2 nights, subject to availability).

This is totally non smoking self catering accommodation.
